Downstairs room has french doors opening to private terrace on the ground floor. West facing.

It is furnished with a queen bed, cabinet for clothes, clothing rack, chair, bedside tables and lamps x 2. cover and an extra padded comforter. A fleece electric blanket is provided in the winter months.

There is a side annex off the bedroom that houses a single bed or could be used as a walk in wardrobe or office.

The room comes with a set of towels, face washer and hand towel.

It is located next to the shower and toilet.

It is also on the level of the kitchen and a TV lounge.

 

Furnished room, linen, laundry powder, toilet paper, soap, cleaning products. . There are also jars that hold sugar, flour etc to be used sparingly.Plus the vege and herb garden.

Sheets are washed and dried weekly.All common areas cleaned.
